The new way to contact Rider Support

Now, when you need help, head to To get help instantly, you’ll be able to search our help centre first. Our help centre contains loads of useful information, and should be able to answer most of your questions . If you can’t find your answer, you’ll see the option on the site to send Rider Support a message.

When you send us a message, we’ll ask you for some extra details, including your name, email address, rider ID, and the zone you normally work in. By giving us all the information we need upfront, we’ll be able to get back to you quicker.

From Monday 8 July, [email protected] will be switched off, and you’ll need to contact us through the Roo Community site. You can read more information about this on, including a walkthrough for creating a shortcut on your phone, so you can get in touch with us on the go.
