Being out on the road during hayfever can be a bit of a pain. During high pollen count days, it important to be careful when riding. We’ve put together some helpful tips on how you can survive these hayfever months and also pick up/deliver food hygienically.
Keep clean: When sneezing remember to cover your nose/mouth with the inside of your elbow and in the opposite direction of the food.
Relief: Find the hayfever relief that best works for you. These may help reduce your symptons and make riding easier.
Be proactive: Remember – prevention is key! Don’t wait until hayfever takes its full wrath – start your relief regime as soon as possible. Also, before leaving the house remember to check the weather and pollen levels.
