Most questions can be answered by checking the Help Centre. The Help Centre has loads of helpful info – from questions about perks to making account updates. Live Order Assistance

Our Live Order team is available whenever Deliveroo is taking orders, and can help you with questions relating to live orders. You can either contact the team via in-app chat if you need help with an order you’re currently delivering, or give them a call if you need urgent assistance.
