How to make rider app suggestions

At Deliveroo, we want to provide the best experience possible for riders, and are always looking to improve our products and services.

Recently, we’ve received enquiries from riders about how to provide suggestions for the Deliveroo rider app. If you have suggestions about how to improve it, we’d love to hear them. Find out how you can give your feedback.

Randomized Feedback Prompts

From time to time, you’ll see an automated message appear in the app asking you for any feedback you may have about Deliveroo. This is a great opportunity for you to share your thoughts on your rider experience, app suggestions you may have, or any other feedback you have! This feedback is analyzed regularly by internal teams and helps to shape initiatives we plan for riders.

In-App Feedback Section

If you select the menu icon in the top-left corner of the app and click on ‘Send Feedback’ at the very bottom left corner of the page, you have the ability to report a problem or provide app-specific feedback. If you are experiencing any issues with the app or have a suggestion for one of our features, this is the place to go!

The feedback you provide in the app will be sent to our internal teams. If a number of riders are giving us the same feedback, it will signal which improvements we should prioritise.
