As a motorised vehicle rider with Deliveroo, you must hold valid insurance to cover your vehicle – you are responsible for keeping this insurance up-to-date and informing us when your policy is renewed or changes.

If you are involved in an accident while riding with Deliveroo, the first thing you need to do is to look after yourself.
In the event of an emergency, please call 000 immediately. When it is safe and you are able to do so, only then contact our Live Support team to let them know what has happened. They will be able to give you information about how Deliveroo can support you.
