We’ve opened up all zones in Sydney West to Free Login
Sydney West has been opened up to Free Login on an ongoing basis.
Free Login helps unlock more work for riders. Just log in on the Rider app when you want to work and begin accepting orders, with no need to book sessions in the Planner.

You may see your statistics change in your app based on your activity, but they will have no impact on when and where you can work.
To work in free login, all you need to do is open the app when you’re in the log in area, go online and start accepting orders. You can go online at any time during a zone’s opening hours without the need to book. Free login also means you can log in to any zone across Sydney West and can switch to a different zone at any time that you choose.
Free login means you can log in anywhere, anytime, so you no longer need to book sessions in advance. This means that request weeklies aren’t needed.
We only onboard new riders when there aren’t enough riders in a city to deliver orders at our busiest times – evenings and weekends. We base the calculation of how many new riders we need in a zone largely on whether we currently have enough riders to meet customer demand from Friday to Sunday.
You can choose to work at these times to maximise your earnings and help accurately indicate the number of riders already available in your area. The more you work at our busiest times, the fewer new riders we’ll need to onboard.
